The System Before the Atrocity.
Project 2025 is a 920-page document, and the people who wrote it are counting on the fact that you will never read it.
It’s dense by design, buried in bureaucratic language, footnotes, and “administrative reform” buzzwords meant to bore, confuse, and deflect. Lucky for you, I did read it. And I didn’t skim it. I followed the threads.
What’s inside isn’t a collection of bad ideas or fringe proposals. It’s a system. A blueprint for a country where survival is conditional, rights are unenforceable, and the government’s primary job is to sort people into who is useful and who is expendable.
I’m going to break it down for you, plainly and without euphemism, because this isn’t abstract, and it isn’t theoretical. It’s written. It’s intentional. And it’s fucking bad.
And it’s not hypothetical. It’s happening.
As of now, 128 of Project 2025’s 319 stated objectives are fully complete. Another 67 are actively in progress. That means over 60% of the agenda has already been executed or is underway.
Not over a decade, not as some distant vision, but within a single year.
This isn’t a warning about what might happen if the wrong people gain power. It’s an accounting of what has already been done while most of the country was distracted, exhausted, or told it was overreacting. This is what it looks like when a system is installed quietly, piece by piece, faster than people can emotionally process, let alone resist.
By the time it feels undeniable, the scaffolding is already in place.

PROJECT 2025: THE SYSTEM MAP
WHAT PROJECT 2025 IS
Project 2025 is a coordinated federal re-architecture plan designed to consolidate executive power, dismantle regulatory and civil-rights infrastructure, and reorganize public life around labor participation, privatization, and ideological compliance.
It is not a list of isolated policies. It is a system.
CORE OPERATING PRINCIPLES
- Work Equals Human Value
Access to food, healthcare, housing, education, and legal standing is conditioned on labor participation. - Federal Power Without Federal Protection
Centralized executive authority paired with elimination of federal enforcement mechanisms. - Privatize Gains, Socialize Risk
Public goods are converted into private revenue streams while costs and failures are shifted to individuals and states. - Erase the Ability to Prove Harm
Civil-rights language, data collection, and enforcement are removed so discrimination cannot be legally demonstrated. - Population Management
Fertility is enforced, mobility restricted, and education redirected toward labor and military pipelines.

BOTTOM LINE
Project 2025 is a blueprint for a society where survival is conditional, rights are unenforceable, and public systems exist primarily to supply labor, enforce compliance, and protect concentrated power.
So for those of us who know our history, this playbook sounds painfully familiar. We’ve heard it before. Dressed up in different language, sold under different slogans, always introduced as necessary, temporary, or common sense.
This is the phase that comes before people say “I didn’t think it would go that far.” Before the camps, before the purges, before the open violence, there is always paperwork. There are loyalty tests, civil service purges, reproductive control, education reshaped into obedience, rights quietly reclassified as privileges, and whole groups of people rendered invisible by law.
History doesn’t usually announce itself with a villain monologue. It echoes. And this is one of those echoes. It’s unmistakable if you know what you’re listening for.
HISTORICAL PRECEDENTS: YEARS & LEADERS
What follows are well-documented regimes that implemented the same structural moves identified before mass violence or collapse. The danger zone is always the setup phase, not the endgame.
🇩🇪 Germany (1930–1939) — Before the Holocaust
Leader: Adolf Hitler
Key Years: 1930–1939 (power consolidated in 1933)
What happened in THIS phase:
- 1933: Civil Service Restoration Act was the loyalty purge
- 1933–34: Independent unions were dissolved
- 1934: Executive power was consolidated (Enabling Act)
- 1935: Disabled people were framed as economic burdens
- 1936–38: Reproductive control and surveillance began
- 1938: Education fully redirected to obedience and labor
- Media consolidated into state propaganda
- Corporations partnered with the state for labor extraction
⚠️ Mass killing had not yet begun.
This phase was sold as order, efficiency, and moral renewal.
🇮🇹 Italy (1922–1938)
Leader: Benito Mussolini
Key Years: 1922–1938
Structural moves:
- Executive bypass of legislature
- Union destruction
- Corporate-state fusion (“corporatism”)
- Birth-rate obsession (“Battle for Births”)
- Youth militarization
- Press suppression
- Expansionist military policy
🇪🇸 Spain (1939–1975)
Leader: Francisco Franco
Key Years: 1939–1975
Structural moves:
- Women legally confined to reproduction/domestic labor
- Church embedded in governance
- Education stripped of pluralism
- LGBTQ+ identities criminalized
- Political dissent outlawed
- Economic stagnation masked as “moral order”
🇨🇱 Chile (1973–1990)

- Democracy suspended “temporarily”
- Shock-therapy privatization
- Union elimination
- Education fully privatized
- Healthcare privatized
- Pension system privatized
- Militarized repression
🇺🇸 United States — Jim Crow Era (1877–1965)
Leaders: Multiple (state + federal)
Key Years: 1877–1965
Structural moves:
- Voting suppression legalized
- Segregation enforced via “states’ rights”
- Discrimination rendered legally unprovable
- Labor exploitation of racialized underclass
- Federal enforcement deliberately withdrawn
🇬🇧 United Kingdom — Enclosure Acts
Leaders: Parliament, landed elites
Key Years: 1700s–1800s
Structural moves:
- Commons privatized
- Survival criminalized
- Forced labor migration
- Creation of permanent working poor
- “Workhouses” as coercion
🇩🇪 East Germany (1949–1989)
Leaders: Socialist Unity Party
Key Years: 1950s–1980s
Structural moves:
- Surveillance normalized
- Informants embedded socially
- Dissent criminalized
- Information tightly controlled
- Fear replaced overt violence
THE CRITICAL HISTORICAL CONSTANT
In every single case, the sequence is:
- Rights are framed as privileges
- Privileges are conditional on labor and loyalty
- Data is erased
- Enforcement is removed
- Executive power is consolidated
- Oppressed groups are blamed
- Collapse framed as necessary
The atrocities come after the system is normalized.
WHERE PROJECT 2025 SITS IN THE TIMELINE
If we overlay this history onto Project 2025:
- We are not at “late-stage authoritarianism”
- We are at bureaucratic capture and systems removal
- This corresponds most closely to:
- Germany 1933–1936
- Chile 1973–1976
- U.S. South post-Reconstruction
That is the most dangerous moment, historically.
THE LINE HISTORIANS AGREE ON
Authoritarian systems are not built by monsters.
They are built by administrators.
So What The Fuck Do We Do?!
So what do we do?
We stop treating this like a vibe and start treating it like a system.
We read. We document. We talk to each other across the silos they’re trying to isolate us into. We protect our schools, our libraries, our clinics, our unions, our neighbors.
Not with slogans, but with presence and persistence.
We support journalists, organizers, and public servants who are still doing the work under pressure. We vote in every election, not because voting alone saves us, but because it buys time.
And we refuse the most important thing this system requires: our silence.
History shows us that these blueprints don’t collapse because people suddenly wake up. They stall when enough people recognize the pattern early and decide not to comply quietly.
You don’t have to be fearless. You just have to be deliberate. This only works if we look away. So don’t.
This only works if we look away.
